Aguja Val Biois - South face


1. Filo Sur


200m 5+ A1 60˚

Description. Climb via the Casarotto route to the col del Bloque Empotrado (300m, 4, 60˚). From there climb the south ridge to the summit (200m, 5+, A1). The easiest way up from the col is on the rock buttress to the left. The ice slopes to the right have been climbed as well.

Approach. Paso Superior to Glaciar Piedras Blancas Superior.

Descent. Via the same route, in the lower part make sure to rap the rock buttress to the west and not the ice slopes.
